On January 17th, I had the honor of leading the solar portion of a tour at a 1MW solar field at Santa Fe Community College, for the 2025 Winter Conference of the National Academy of Forensic Engineers.
Here are some of the highlights.
Then on January 19th, I was very honored to present how to conduct technical investigations of solar projects to some of the top forensic engineers in the USA and Canada, while attending the NAFE Winter 2025 Conference, in Santa Fe, NM.
I covered major system components, typical causes of failure, how to find them post fire, tools to document and stay safe.
The conference was a lot of fun and I always enjoy opportunities to learn and to teach my craft.
